Gail C. Dubose transitioned to eternal life with Jesus on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at her home.

Gail was born on March 28, 1949. She was a graduate of Paisley Sr. High School and Russell Business School. She retired from AMP (T.E. Connectivity) after 25 years of service.

Gail grew up as a member of St. John CME Church, where she served on the Stewardess and Usher Boards. After following her beloved sister, Reverend Constance C. Anderson, to Shouse Temple CME Church, Gail served as an usher, stewardess, and Sunday School teacher.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents William L. and Elizabeth H. Croxton; and her sister, Reverend Constance C. Anderson.

She leaves behind to cherish her dear memories her devoted daughter Nicole ShaRonn "Shaunster" Dubose; her loving sister, Priscilla (Arthur) Rucks of Kannapolis, NC; two nieces, Danita Oliver and Kacie (Kevin) Stacey; two nephews, Lance Rucks and Drew (Nicole) Rucks; five great nephews, Jamir and Josiah Rucks, Kevin, Korbin, and Kaleb Stacey; two great nieces, Makalia Oliver and Zoe Rucks; two special "sisters," Barbara Steele and Delores "Dee Dee" Leecost; and a host of other family and dear friends.

A family visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 7:00pm on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel.
