Mr. Frederick Sidaris Leake was born in Winston-Salem, NC on August 8, 1967 to Brenda Leake Adams and the late Herman L. McGee.
He departed this life on March 22, 2015.
Fred was a graduate of East Forsyth High School. He attended Winston Salem State University and was an employee of UPS for 17 years.
He is survived by his mother Brenda Leake Adams; daughter, Jazmine Leake; brothers, Eric Adams of Winston-Salem, NC and Kahlid (Tomia) McGee of Suffolk, VA; aunts, Charlesetta (Joe) Jennings, Carolyn Johnson, Linda Weathers, Veronica McGee, Birdie (Jimmie) Jackson, Angela Wright, and Grace Wright; uncles, Thelton (Josephine) Guess, Sr., Joey McGee, Thomas Wright, Bernard (Carolyn) Richardson, Joe Grafton, and Michael Buston; great aunts, Minnie Polite and Annie Mason; great uncles, Robert Leake, James (Barbara) Leake, and Gwathney Leake; honorary cousin, Pamela Polite; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Chapel.
