Mr. Frederick Stepherson, Jr. 37 of Rural Hall, NC passed away Monday, October 20, 2008. A family visitation will be held from 6pm until 8pm on Friday, October 24, 2008 in the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Final burial rites will be held at a later time in Plainfield, NJ.
