Frances Diana Brewer was born December 4, 1959, in Bronx, New York, unto the union of Robert Alexander Brewer, Jr. and Sophie Evelyn Dunbar Brewer. Frances was the oldest of five children born into this union. Her maternal grandparents were Counsellor Stephen Benoni Dunbar, Sr. and Diana Louisa Coleman, and her paternal grandparents were Honorable Robert Alexander Brewer, Sr, and Frances Cecelia Morgan.

Frances was married to Eric Chu Chu Neypah Browne, Sr. and into their union was born 3 children, Eric Chu Chu Neypah Browne, Jr., Robert Alexander Deconte Browne, and Sophie Georgiana Koplah Browne. Frances has 13 grandchildren and 6 remaining siblings, Robert Alexander Brewer, III (Schamora), Salea Brewer Dennis (Derrick), Roberta Olivera Brewer, Robert Stephen Alexander Brewer Sr. (Cherilyn), Lawrence L. Brewer (Mardea), and Toots V. Morgan Brewer.

Frances began her formal education at the Saint Theresa's Convent school in Liberia, then she completed High School at Arlington High School with the student exchange program in Indianapolis, Indiana. Immediately following her graduation, Frances attended the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut where she studied Business Marketing. Frances had a long career as a Certified Collection Agent at American Express until she retired in 2020.

Frances leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. She played her role well as the eldest daughter and kept her siblings in order, always reminding them that she was "numero uno." She implemented fasting and praying the first 3 days of every new month, and weekly prayers every Wednesday evening. Frances will be dearly missed but never forgotten. She will live on in our hearts. Rest in Perfect Peace Frances until we meet again. We love you!

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, March 22, 2025 at St. Stephen Episcopal Church.  Entombment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
