Mr. Fennell Lee "Billy" Harris, Sr., 63, passed away March 27, 2021.
A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 6:00pm Friday, April 2, 2021 at Russell Funeral Home. Private services will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021. Entombment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park, Rural Hall, NC.
