Obituary
Mr. Errie Miller, 72, passed away Wednesday morning, April 11, 2012 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born May 20, 1939 to the late Alice and Erie Johnson.
He was educated in the Winston-Salem public schools and a retiree of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company.
He is survived by his loyal and devoted wife of 51 years, Equilla Hege-Miller; one daughter, Cassondra M. Sales; one son, Sgt. Richard L. Miller (Doris) of Fort Bragg, NC; one sister, Evelyn Palmer of Philadelphia, PA; nine grandchildren, a devoted granddaughter, Careka S. Williamson; fourteen great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Vendetta Hege; brother-in-law, John Thomas Hege, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Richard L. Miller officiating. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Melissa, Reverend Ann Dalton, Rita, Kristen, and the staff of the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane W-S, NC 27103 in memory of Errie Miller.
