Eric Gerald McAllister, 51, departed this life on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home after an extended period of illness.

He was a graduate of East Forsyth High School and furthered his education at NC A&T State University. He was a faithful member of Macedonia Worship Center.

He leaves to cherish the legacy of his love and many dear memories to his mother, Delois Banner of W-S, NC; father, David McAllister of Florence, SC; Bobby Sinclair affectionately known as "Pop"; five sisters, Demeatrice Crawford (Saunders) of Jacksonville, FL, Yvonne Solomon (Stanley) of Roselle, NJ, Priscilla McAllister of Florence, SC, Tara Worrell (DeWan) of Elizabeth, NJ, and LaShaun McAllister (Carlton) of Tallahassee, FL; three brothers, David McAllister (Angela) of Athens, GA, Curtis Jeffries of Hoboken, NJ, and Derek McAllister of Piscataway, NJ; special devoted cousins, James Davis, Juan Davis, and Anita Green; devoted uncle and aunt, Bishop J.W. & JoAnn Hopper; two God-sisters, LaSonya Sinclair of W-S, NC and Latasha Sila of High Point, NC; two God-daughters, Brittany Owens and Misty Carpenter both of W-S, NC and granddaughters, Kimora Carpenter of Madysen Owens; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Monday, December 5, 2016 at Macedonia Worship Center. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12noon on Monday at the Church.
