Ms. Emily Hunter, 69, was born December 21, 1952 in South Carolina to Maryella Workman and Jack Hunter.  She passed away December 31, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her brother.

Left to cherish her memories are her three sons, Willie Hunter, Lamont Hunter, and Keith Hunter; two kids that she raised as her own, Diamonte and Mina; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters including her twin sister; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Russell Funeral Home.  Private services Thursday, January 13, 2022.
