Elva L. Robinson Buchanan, 69, was born December 30, 1948 in Jamaica.  She departed this earthly life on Thursday, May 3, 2018.

She is survived by her children, Leroy Perrin, Marlene Palmer, Simone Grant, Garfield Buchanan, Kerry Buchanan, and Damion Buchanan; and a host of siblings, other relatives, and family friends.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00pm Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Earl Robinson officiating.  The family visitation will be held from 3:30pm until 4:00pm on Monday at the Chapel.
