Elmira Vance was born November 7, 1958 to Betty Lee Vance and the late Johnny Fleming in Winston-Salem, NC. Ms. Vance was loved by many, but God loved her best and she departed this life July 21, 2009.
Ms. Vance leaves to cherish her memories her mother of the home, Betty Vance; two loving daughters, Tosha Ingram of Atlanta, GA and Patrice Jeffreys; a devoted son, Phillip Jeffreys of San Antonio, TX; two adoring sisters, Cathy Burrell and Trina Walker; a God-sister, April Broadway; three doting grandchildren, Antione Majett, Da'Mon Ingram of Atlanta, GA and Jaylon Jeffreys; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday, July 25, 2009 from the Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. C.E. Gray officiating. The family visitation will be held from Noon until 1pm on Saturday at the Church.
