Obituary
Mrs. Eleanor Ann Neal Carter, 77, entered into heaven with Jesus on February 16, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Fellowship Bible Baptist Church. Entombment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 12noon until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
