Obituary
Mr. Edwin Leondriss Williams, known to family and friends as "Pee Wee", of 625 6th Street Apartment 2Q, passed away on December 20, 2011.
"Pee Wee" was born December 16, 1946 to Joseph Williams and Naomi Spencer Williams.
"Pee Wee" was a self-employed brick mason and handyman.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Evelyn Williams Cowan; brother, Clifford Spencer; and his aunt, Lillie Bell Carpenter.
He is survived by his sister, Fayenita (Malcolm) Calhoun; niece, Chinita Cowan; nephews, Leondriss Williams, Kenneth Cowan, Kalvin (Talea) Cowan; great-nieces, Brittany Calhoun, Shavon Cowan, Shaniqua Cowan,Toni Williams, Jessica Cowan, and Jasmine Cowan; great-nephews, Reginald Williams, Ken'Nard Harden, and Kenneth Penn; cousins, Mildred Brown, Donald (Jacqueline) Spencer, Nathaniel Click, Aldeen Smith, and Novell (Arlene) Henry; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Monday, December 26, 2011 at Antioch Christian Church, 1432 Underwood Ave. W-S, NC with Reverend James A. Gilliam officiating. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Monday at the Church.
