Mr. Edward Frank Correll, 52, passed away March 28, 2012. He was born October 4, 1959 in Forsyth County, NC to the late Vance and Beatrice Correll.

He served our country in the US Army from 1982-1997. He graduated from Parkland High School, attended Davidson Community College and UNC School of the Arts. He was employed by Wal-mart Super Center.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Correll was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret C. Branson and Vandalia C. Green; and brothers, William Correll, Bobby Correll, and Kennard Correll.

He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Jon P. Correll and Daniel S. Correll; his devoted fiancée, Regina Davis; seven sisters, Theresa C. Witherspoon, Alice C. (Samuel) Hawkins, Mary C. Williams, Marion C. (Bobby) Wofford, Ruby C. (Beechie) Charles, Veronica C. (Isaiah) Black, and Sylvia C. (Lorenzo) Martin; three brothers, Vance (Lucille) Correll, Johnny (Shirley) Correll, and Dwight (Sharon) Correll; former wife and the mother of his sons, Joree Correll; sister-in-law, Johnnie M. Correll; and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Monday, April 2, 2012 at Carver Road Church of Christ, 4399 Carver School Road, W-S, NC 27105 with Brother Jefferson R. Caruthers, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm on Monday at the Church.
