Mrs. Earnestine Alexander Davis, 81, of 2522 Greenway Avenue, known as "Tine", was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Bettie Alexander; and her husband, Thomas L. Davis, Sr.
She is survived by a sister, Betty Stevenson of Bladensburg, MD; five children, Tommy Davis (Annette), Robert Davis (Inez), and Sylvia Davis of Winston-Salem, NC; Gloria McNair (Alonza) of Fort Washington, MD and Edwin Davis (Sharon) of Brandywine, MD; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12Noon Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12 noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
