Dyanand "D" Kesraj, 48, died on July 13, 2012 at Select Specialty Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.
He was born in Marabella, Trinidad, and moved to the United States to attend college on a soccer scholarship.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lal Kesraj, of Marabella Trinidad. D is survived by his loving wife, Vickie of Texarkana, TX and two "babies:" Cali and Zinta.
He is also survived by his mother Jesse Kesraj of Marabella, Trinidad, two brothers, and six sisters in New York, Canada, Trinidad, and North Carolina. He also leaves several nieces and nephews who called him "Uncle Bull." D. is a retired mental health case manager, college professor at Winston-Salem Bible College, and social activist.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 28th at 1:00 pm at the Salvation Army Church, 350 W. Kaufman St. Paris, TX. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army of Paris, TX or Watersprings Ranch of Texarkana, TX.
