Mrs. Dorothy Ann Hauser Brooks, 52, was born in Tobaccoville, NC and graduated from North Forsyth High School in 1983. She was called to her eternal heavenly home September 30, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wiley Hauser Jr.; and brother, Aldene Hauser.

She was married to Gary Brooks of Winston-Salem, NC. Dorothy Ann was blessed with a son, Isaiah Hauser of Kernersville, NC. The love she cherished will always be remembered by her son, Isaiah Hauser of Kernersville, NC; her husband, Gary Brooks of Winston-Salem; her mother, Lillian Rebecca Hauser of Tobaccoville NC; sister, Jo Ann Hauser Hickman of Fort Mill, SC; brother, Allen Wiley Hauser of Winston-Salem, NC; sister, Mary Ann Phillips of Winston-Salem, NC; brother, Adam Hauser (Angella) of Greensboro, NC; sister, Casandra Hauser Williams (Denard) of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, October 6, 2017 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dairl Scott officiating. The family visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm on Friday at the Chapel.
