Obituary
Dorldine Janet Thomas Adams died on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center W-S, NC at the age of 76, after an extended illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mildred Moye Thomas.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Pete Adams of Rural Hall, NC; son, Lawrence Rucker, III of W-S, NC; daughter, Beverly Jane Adams (Jonathan) Oxley of Warrenton, VA; grandson, Ryce Maxwell Oxley of Warrenton, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Friday, April 8, 2016 at St. James AME Church with Reverend Steven Lyons officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Friday at the Church.
