Obituary
Mr. Donald Ellis Robinson, 72, of 2822 N. Patterson Ave. was born September 14, 1940 to Mr. Albert and Mrs. Bessie Robinson. He passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 at Hospice& Palliative Care in Wake Forest Baptist Health following a long period of illness.
He was a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem, NC where he attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System. He was previously self-employed as a television repairman.
Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Eugene Alvin Robinson and Charles Edward Robinson.
Surviving are his loving and devoted daughter and son-in law, Fayenita and Malcolm Calhoun; devoted and loving granddaughter, Brittany Calhoun; grandson, Reginald Williams; devoted sister-in-law, Nira Robinson; caring granddaughter, LaToya McCalister; brother, Albert Robinson; caring nieces, Sandra Russell (Carl, Jr.) and Anita Taylor; two sons, Victor and Donald Robinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Wednesday at the Chapel.
