Dianne Jessie Little, 73, of Winston-Salem, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 7, 2020.  She was a loving and God fearing mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, Minister of the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and friend to all mankind.

Dianne Jessie Little was born on December 8, 1946 to the late Hazel and Jessie Williamson.  She was a native of Winston-Salem, NC.  She was a member of Rising Star Holiness Church (the late Henry and Lucy Vaneaton were the founders and pastor), before joining Greater Community Missionary Baptist Church.  While being a member of Greater Community Missionary Baptist Church, she sung on the choir and she served  on the Pastor Aid Board as well.  She was well-known for her sweet potato pies and Mac & Cheese.  Every time you seen her, she would have a smile on her face and when she left, she would always say I Love You.  She loved the Lord with all her heart, soul, and mind.  She will be well missed.  We loved her, but God loved her more.  Her favorite song was, "I Wasn't There, But I Heard About It" and "That Other Shore."

She was married to William L. Little, Sr. of Winston-Salem for over 50 years, whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her husband she leaves behind 3 sons and 2 daughters, William L. Little, Jr. of Liberty, NC, Jonathan Little, Curtis (Emery Cornells) Little, Angela Little, and Della (Luther Sellers) Little-Sellers all of Winston-Salem, NC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Greater Community Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor M.L. Frazier officiating.  Interment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1:00pm on Saturday at the Church.
