Mr. Dennis Peppers transitioned from labor to reward on May 12, 2021 at his home. Dennis was born to Mrs. Rose Peppers Fuller and the late Mr. Willie Jerome Peppers, Jr. Dennis was a proud, caring, devoted husband, father, son, and friend.

Dennis was a dedicated member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where he served in many capacities and supported numerous ministries including The Laymen League, D. Everett Bible Study, Sunday School, Male Chorus, Men's Day Choir, and the Spiritual Choir.

Dennis graduated from Terry Sanford High School, Fayetteville, NC, Class of 1982. He attended Winston-Salem State University. Dennis served several years and retired from the City of Winston-Salem's Housing Services Inspections Division.

Dennis enjoyed fishing, golfing, supporting The WSSU football team, and all genres of music. His favorite artist was Frankie Beverly & MAZE.

In addition to his father, Dennis was preceded in death by his twin sister, Ms. Denise Peppers.

Dennis leaves to continue his legacy the love of life and his best friend-his devoted and living wife, Finita McCall Peppers; his beautiful and spirited daughters, Amber LaRose and Autumn Denise Peppers; his mother and step-father, Rose and Israel "Erskine" Fuller; he will also be missed by his sisters-in-law, Pamela (William, Jr.) Misenheimer, Anita (Percy, Jr.) Careathers, Marchell (Samuel) Scott, Monica (Prince) Matey, and Mona (Clay Bryan) McCall; and his loving family members including a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and very close friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 6:00pm Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Russell Funeral Home.

Private services will be held Friday, May 21, 2021. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens.
