Mr. DeLafayette Hoyle, Sr. was born in Winston-Salem, NC on December 25, 1938 and departed this life on December 8, 2015. Mr. Hoyle retired after 42 years from Staley's Charcoal Steakhouse as a notable and respected Chef. He was the loving husband to Marie Hoyle, world best father to six, and funniest grandpa to five.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Monday, December 14, 2015 at United Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Prince Raney Rivers officiating. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12noon on Monday at the Church.
