Obituary
Mr. Deandre Starnes, 51, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 3, 2020.
A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Russell Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eric Starnes officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
