Obituary
Darryl Tyrone Gregory, Jr. known to many as "Pooh," passed away Saturday, November 15, 2008. He was born February 15, 1977 in Winston-Salem, NC to Paula and Darryl Gregory.
He was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Christine Kelly.
He leaves to cherish his many loving memories to his parents, Paula and Darryl Gregory; "Wifey," Shantina Houston; three children, son 13, Darryl Gregory , III "Third," daughter 9, ZaKeria Gregory, and daughter 11months, Raniyah Gregory "Nija"; two brothers, Carlos Gregory and Kennith White; one sister Keisha Gregory; two uncles, Larry Floyd and David Kelly; three nephews, Carlos Gregory, Jr., Christopher Brown, and Keishaun Gregory; his football team, baseball team, and many homeboys "his dogs" and close friends. We are sorry but just too many to mention but you know who you are. Pooh you will be missed and our lives will never be the same…
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Friday, November 21, 2008 at Great Cleveland Avenue Christian Church with Bishop Todd Fulton officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until 1 pm Friday at the church.
