On September 27, 2014, our beloved Cynthia Denise McKey was called home to be with our heavenly father. Cynthia Denise McKey was born to Ms. Mary McKey in Winston-Salem, NC. She attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Public Schools.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Ronnie McKey, Sara McKey, and Lovetta M. Stewart; and her niece, Tomeka McKey.
She leaves to cherish her memories her sisters, Kay M. Eaton, Carolyn M. Barr, Ernestine McKey, Phyllis McKey, and Patricia Smith; brothers, Nathyl McKey, Charles McKey, Jessie Smith, and Clarence Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends; and one special friend, James Caldwell.
Memorial services will be held at 3pm Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 2:30pm until 3pm on Saturday at the Chapel.
