Obituary

Cynthia Marie Brown Hall was born on August 7, 1952 to Mack and Freddie H. Brown. She departed her life at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC on Sunday, June 11, 2017.

She was a graduate of Anderson High School Class of 1970. She retired from Sara Lee Hosiery with over 25 years of service and worked for the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System Crossing Guards for over 20 years.

She was a member of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Spiritual Choir.

Cynthia," Cynt" or "Ree", as she was affectionately known was a loving and caring person who helped everyone she could and will be remembered for her sisterly love.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her two sons, Christopher (Antionette) Brown and Cedric Hall; a special daughter, DeShanna Wilson; two grandchildren, Keyerra "Molly" Johnson and Christopher Brown, Jr; four sisters, Carol B. Dearmon, Freddie Maxine and Amanda Brown, and Robbie (Jerry, Sr.) McDuffie of Rural Hall, NC; two brothers, James (Deborah) Brown and Johnny Ray (Diane); one adopted sister, Paulette (Reginald) Moore; one aunt, Mrs. Katherine H. Wallace of Washington, DC; a special nephew, Ronnie Christian; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Friday, June 16, 2017 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:00noon until 1:00pm on Friday at the Church.
