Curtis James Moser, Sr., 55, of Winston-Salem, NC answered his call from God and was called home to glory on January 3, 2022 at Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Sylvester Moser and Mrs. Allie Moser; and his brother, Carlton Moser.

Curtis was fondly known to his family, friends, and loved ones as: Pop, Old Man, PaPa, Pop Pop, Moe, Coach and Ump.

Curtis is survived by his wife, Lisa Moser; his five children, Curtis Moser, Jr., Alisia Nelson, Chesnic Moser, Jordan Moser, and Asianna Nelson; four siblings, Cedric Moser (Jennifer), Cynthia Mickel, Clifton Moser (Alethea), and Cydney Moser; and a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He was a dedicated husband, father, and friend. He adored activities such as fishing, DJ'ing, and let's not forget an amazing cook. I guess we can say he was a many of many traits, but Curtis's passion was Softball. He provided so many with joy and smiles, but also words of wisdom that we will carry on. This is not goodbye, but "See You Later." Until we meet again.

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Russell Funeral Home.

Private funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
