Obituary
Mr. Curtis Dale Crump, 65 was born February 2, 1941 in Stokes County, NC to Wallace and Pearl Crump. He departed this life, Saturday, September 13, 2008 at the Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Geraldine Bullard; and one brother, Robert Crump.
Left to cherish his loving memories are his children, Anthony (Rachel) Stubbs of Greensboro, NC, Cheryl (Robert) Floyd, Betty (Thomas) McConniehead, and Candace Goodson of Winston-Salem, NC and Ronald (Jane) Crump of Savannah, GA; fourteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Virginia Plater, Dorothy Livingston, Wallace (Josie) Crump, Mattie C. Hart, Shirley (Fredrick) Flemming all of Winston-Salem, NC, Vera Crump of Charlotte, NC, Bobby Crump of Sanford, FL, and David Crump of Raleigh, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday, September 20, 2008 from the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Becky Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 1pm on Saturday at the Church.
