Obituary
Cori Deon Maxie was born April 1, 1977 in Fort Myers, Florida. He is the son of Erma Jean Owens and the late Jimmy Lee Maxie. Cori passed away December 10, 2013.
He relocated to Winston-Salem, NC in 2002 to be closer to family and gained many, many friendships in the process.
Cori is survived by his mother, Erma Jean Owens of Fort Myers, FL; grandmother, Lessie Lee Mathis of Albany, GA; his brothers, Rodney Jones of Fort Myers, FL and Sir James Maxie(Angela) of Winston-Salem, NC; his sister, Kesa Butler of Tifton, GA; as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Wednesday at the Chapel.
