Our beloved Christia Renee' McManus was born October 14, 1967 to Daniel G McManus, Sr. and Peggy McManus Carpenter. She departed this life on September 14, 2020.

She worked in the medical field as a CNA, Medical Billing Specialist and various Customer Service positions. She attended Carver High School graduating in 1986 and attended Winston Salem State University. She was a member of Ephesus SDA Church.

She is survived by her son, Tristan McManus; fiancé, Lamar Ross; parents, Daniel G. McManus, Sr. and Peggy McManus Carpenter; siblings, Evangelist Pamela Phillips, Daniel G. McManus, Jr., Todd S. McManus, Scott Simmons, RaNell Rich, Anette Moore, Levonzo Robinson, and Dayon Perkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Russell Funeral Home. Private services will be held Friday, September 18, 2020.
