Mr. Charles Hawkins, 80, passed away September 22, 2021.
A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 6:00pm Friday, October 1, 2021 at Russell Funeral Home. Private services will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021. Entombment will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in Salisbury National Cemetery.
