Mr. Charles Michael Greene, 19, was born March 13, 2007 in Winston-Salem, NC to Celestine Boykin and Eric Greene. Charles passed away May 18, 2026.

Charles attended New Birth Christian Community Church. Charles was a student at Winston Salem Street School (WSSS) where he was a member of the basketball team. He also works as an Auto Detailer at Twin City Auto Detail, his family's business. He was also a muscle car enthusiast from the old school classics to the new school power.

He is survived by his mother, Celestine Boykin; father, Eric Greene (of the home); sisters, Charlynn Manns, Zebreyiah Greene, Erica Greene, and Cora Greene; brothers, Noah Greene, Hayden Lewis, Joshua Lewis, and Trustin Butler; nieces and nephews, Alora, Alakai, Melaijza, Mekhi, Hendricxx, Kendricxx and Treasure; grandparents, Mary Ellen Hilton and Floyd Greene; and a host aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ayanna Lati Smith; grandmother, Delois M. Greene; grandfather, Charles Fredrick Boykin; cousin, Direz “Rez” Shannon; and aunt, Bonnie Hilton.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 2:30pm until 3:00pm on Thursday at the Chapel.
