Charles Nathaniel Duncan was born to James and Maggie Duncan on July 7, 1953 in Winston-Salem, NC. He departed his life October 19, 2017. Charles leaves a wife Barbara Wills Duncan; three brothers; and five sisters.
Services will be held at 12noon Friday, October 27, 2017 at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 402 Edenton St., Raleigh, NC with viewing at 11am. Arrangements are being handled by Lyons Funeral Home, 1515 Newbern Ave., Raleigh, NC
