Mrs. Cathy Viola McIntosh, 56 was born May 6, 1953 to Robert and Irene Jones. She departed this earthly life on April 1, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to mourn her husband, Mr. Donnie McIntosh of the home; four brothers, Harold Jones and Luther (Ann) Jones both of Midway, NC, Richard (Janet) Jones of Clemmons, NC, and Terry Jones of Pfafftown, NC; four sisters, Leona Transou of East Bend, NC, Sharon (Ronnie) Wagner, Arneta (Ephranie) Jones, and Stephanie Jones all of Winston-Salem, NC; a devoted niece, Tracy Knox; a host of nieces, nephews, friends, Vanessa Davis, Allison Cook, Beverly Leak, and Lisa Gylmph all of Winston-Salem, NC and Phyllis Beach of California.Funeral services will be held at 1pm Thursday, April 8, 2010 at New Hope AME Zion Church, 7000 Shallowford Road Lewisville, NC with Reverend Louis Hunter, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from Noon until 1pm on Thursday at the Church.
