Cassandra Faye Duncan affectionately known as "Faye" of Winston-Salem, NC went home to be with the Lord on October 5, 2021. Faye was born on September 17, 1956 to Joseph J. Duncan, Sr. and Pearlie Mae Hill Duncan both of Winston-Salem.

She graduated from East Forsyth High School and attended Winston-Salem State university. Faye worked at AT&T for many years before becoming a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Trisha Duncan and Jane Duncan; and one brother, Michael "Butch" Duncan.

She is survived by her only child, her devoted daughter, Tashiba Duncan who has been her caregiver for many years; three sisters, JoAnn Duncan, Shirley Jean Duncan, and Darlene Mills; one brother, Joseph Duncan, Jr.; four loving grandchildren, Dayza Lee, Daquan Lee, Dakya Fleming and Malishay Baxter "Poo Poo"; one great granddaughter, CaMoni Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Faye never met a stranger and loved on everybody!

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Russell Funeral Home.

Private funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
