Cassandra Lynn Lewis-Brunson transitioned this life on September 2, 2015. She was born April 12, 1966 in Clarksville, TN.

She was an active and faithful member of Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of W-S, NC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend Roy Lee Lewis, Sr. and Delores Graham Lewis; brothers, Roy Lee Lewis, Jr. and Patrick Lewis; and her children, Christian Charles Patrick Brunson and Celeste Delores Marie Brunson.

Cassandra was loved by many and leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Charles C. Brunson, Sr.; son, Charles C. Brunson, Jr.; step-daughter and son-in-law, Courtney and Natassia C. Jones; granddaughters, Casey and Cameron Jones; sister, Schelese D. Lewis Ogburn; adoptive parents, Robert D. and Rita E. Lewis; sisters, Alana R. Campbell and Julie C. Lewis; and a host of loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Celebration of life services will be held at 12noon Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 300 NW 25th Street W-S, NC 27105 with Reverend Konnie G. Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park, 2730 Peters Creek Pkwy W-S, NC 27127. The family will receive friends from 11:00am until 12noon on Wednesday at the Church. A family visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel, 822 Carl Russell Ave. W-S, NC 27101.
