Ms. Carsandra M. Koger was born on May 2, 1958 to Reverend Walter M. Moore and Minister Thelma B. Moore in Winston-Salem, NC.

Carsandra was educated in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Public Schools and was a graduate of West Forsyth High School. She retired from South Side Cafeteria and was the owner of Heaven's Delight Catering Company.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Deborah; brother, Ricardo; and her daughter, Erica.

She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Latrice Dockery and Sheketha Moore of the city; one son, Russell Moore; six grandchildren, Patrick, Rayshun, Joshua, Shammond, Chantel, and Trinity; one great-grandson, Payton; two sisters, Lurline Jackson and Elder Ruth Smith of Kernersville, NC; one brother, Rodney Moore of Charlotte, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 11:00am until 12noon on Friday at the Chapel.
