Carlton Marcus Moser, 53, transitioned from life to eternity in the early hours of December 20, 2021, at Novant Hospital after a brief stint with COVID pneumonia. Carlton was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Sylvester and Mrs. Allie Moser.
Fondly known as "Daddy", "Carl", "Paw Paw", "Uncle Car Car", and "Uncle Buddy" by his family and friends, Carlton is lovingly remembered by his fiancé, Felisa Blair; 4 children, Carlton Moore, Angelis Weaks, Carloe Moser, Jewel Moser and extended daughter, Ivory Simmons; 4 grandchildren, Neveah Weaks, Ni'cara Moore, Aunajmah Moore, and Nikolas Weaks; 5 siblings, Cynthia Mickle, Cedric Moser (Jennifer Moser), Clifton Moser (Aretha Moser), Curtis Moser (Lisa Nelson), and Cydney Moser; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Carlton graduated from East Forsyth High School in the spring of 1986 and served in the United States Marine Corps, receiving high honors and awards for his dedication to the service and field expertise. In the transitions of life, he discovered a passion for heating and air, and subsequently completed his Associates in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) at Forsyth Tech Community College, became a member of the prestigious National Balancing Council for HVAC Technicians, started his own business Moser HVAC and partnered with Robert Moore at HVAC Concepts.
Carlton was devoted to his ministry and expressed it through his service with the Calling Church at the Bethesda Center where he fed the Homeless every Sunday, his regular donations to the evangelistic outreach radio show, "Try Jesus Ministries", and a host of other private acts. Carlton loved his Savior Jesus Christ, his family and friends, his ministry, his work, and helping others. We will always remember your smile, sense of humor, and jokes to ease the pain. We love you and know you are in a better place now, you will be missed but never forgotten.
