Obituary
Mrs. Blanche Elita Phaire Cochrane, 101, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Brookridge Retirement Community.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2:00pm on Friday at the Chapel.
