Mrs. Birdell Williams Cession, 90, of Highland Ave. took her flight and went home to live with her Lord on Friday, December 13, 2013.

Preceding her in death were her first husband, Christopher Mungin Sr.; her second husband, Henry Lee Cession; her three children, Christopher Mungin Jr., Louise Mungin and Rosella Mungin; and all of her brothers and sisters.

Those who shall forever cherish her memory are her devoted sons and their spouses, Wesley Mungin, Edward Lee (Deborah) Cession, Minister Charles (Cynthia) Cession, and Gerald (Karen) Cession; step-daughter, Amelia (William) Cession; step-son, Dennis King; a loving sister, Mrs. Rosabelle Palmer of Brooklyn, NY; special nephew, William (Betty) Faust; caring friend, Willie Mouzon; along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Antioch Baptist Church, 5061 Lansing Dr. W-S, NC. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 11:30am until 12noon on Saturday at the Church.
