Beulah Wallace, 88, a loving mother and grandmother gently departed her earthly home on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. Beulah was born on November 21, 1922 in Beautfort, NC to the late Mary Salter Wallace and Jesse Wallace, Sr.
She was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church and retired from Sportsman Supply Company after forty plus years of service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Mayo; and one brother, Jesse Wallace, Jr.
She leaves to mourn three daughters, Mary C. Wallace of Washington, DC, Gale T. Wallace, and Leslie (Hubert) Kelly of Suitland, MD; two sons, Bernard (Beverly) of Winston-Salem, NC and Charles M. Wallace; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; one brother, Walter (Linda) Wallace of Philadelphia, PA; one sister-in-law, Louise Wallace of Philadelphia, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, loving realtives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30pm Monday, January 24, 2011 at First Calvary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12:30pm on Monday at the Church.
