God has called another one of his angels home, Betty Lou Rhyne Parker passed away August 3, 2011.
She will be missed by her loving children, Robin Lynn Mitchell and Bryan A. Parker; grandsons, Nigil A. and Denzel T. Mitchell, and Dimitric R. Massey; granddaughter, Farrah Parker; two great-granddaughters, Dstiney and Makylah Massey; one brother, James Riggins; sisters, Lucille Riggins and Brenda Watson; a dear aunt, Bernice Rhyne; and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2pm Monday, August 8, 2011 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm on Monday at the Chapel.
