Obituary
Minister Belvin Leon Smith, Sr., 59 was born November 19, 1948 in Forsyth County, NC to the late Etta T.C. Smith and Lester Smith. On Sunday, May 18, 2008 Minister Smith's earthly life ended and his eternal life began.
A homegoing celeb ration will be held at Noon, Friday, May 23, 2008 from the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Nathan Scovens officiating. Interment will follow in Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, SC. The family visitation will be held from 11am until Noon on Friday at the Church.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Etta T.C. Smith and Wayne Smith Scholarship Fund., Galilee Missionary Baptist Church c/o Belvin L. Smith, Sr. 545 N. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. W-S, NC 27105.
