Obituary
Ms. Barbara Ann Stephenson, 63, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
Ms. Stephenson was born August 16, 1951 in Grimesland, NC, the daughter of Mrs. Alice Wiggins Thomas and Elmer Ray Stevenson.
She was a member of Phillips Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and a breast cancer survivor.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Isaiah Brooks
She leaves to cherish her memories five daughters, Mary Vinson, Alice Stevenson, Tawanda (Marvin) Fulwood, Barbara (Warren) Vinson, and Sheresse Stevenson; two sons, David Stevenson and Jonathan Flake; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 12noon Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Phillips Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Armstrong officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11am until 12noon on Wednesday at the Church.
