Arleigh Alexander Bryant, Jr., son of Arleigh Alexander Bryant, Sr. and Daisy E. Hicks, was born July 12, 1988, in Winston-Salem, NC.  He was unexpectedly called to be with the Lord on July 13, 2025.

Arleigh attended Denbeigh High School, Class of 2006, in Newport News, VA and furthered his education at Strayer University.  He was recently employed at Encore in Uptown, Charlotte, NC.

He was very family oriented, participating in every family event held.  He never met a stranger and was well thought of by so many.  Arleigh enjoyed family time, movies and being the "comedian at heart," joking and making everyone laugh.

Arleigh was preceded in death by his father, Arleigh Bryant, Sr.; uncle, Derrick Hicks; grandmother, Arlene Bryant; grandfather, Jimmy Long; close cousin, Theophilus Hicks, Jr.; and a host of cousins and uncles.

He is survived by his children, Ja'Nyah, Zayn and A'layah; his fiancé, Felicia; mother, Daisy E. Hicks; sisters, Ebony Hicks, Brandy Hicks, Nicole (Tony) Williams, Letitia Adams and Renee Alexander; two brothers, Sherrod (Andrea) Nichols  and Ahmir Young; grandmother, Maxine Hicks Long; future-in-laws, Miguel and Victoria Magallanes; a very special friend/big brother, Carnell Hampton; and a host of cousins other relatives and close friends.

A viewing will be held from 1:00pm until 5:00pm Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Russell Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 25, 2025 at Shiloh Baptist Church. The family visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. on Friday at the Church.
