Mr. Angles J. "DRUKIE" Brown, 80, of 124 Styers Rd was called home on Friday September 6, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital. He was born December 10, 1932 in Winston-Salem, NC. He was a lifelong member of St. John CME Church; the owner and operator of Brown's Fish and Produce Market.

He was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Sarah Baily Brown; daughter, Mary Brown; father, Levi Brown; and mother, Mary Alice Brown.

He is survived by four daughters, Cynthia D. Clark, Angela Brown, and Tonja McDowell all of Winston Salem, NC, and Cassandra Floyd of Bellevue, Nebraska; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sons-in-law; a devoted sister and brother-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, September 13, 2013 at St. John CME Church, 650 NW Crawford Place, with Reverend Peris J. Lester officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon on Friday at the church.
