Obituary
Mr. Abraham Lyles, 84, was born April 14, 1930. He passed away January 2, 2015.
He was a loving father and friend who respected everyone he came in contact with. He was hardworking and was employed with the city of Winston-Salem for 28 years in the Streets Division.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Velma Lyles; his step-son, Curtis Williams; and brother, Thomas Bailey.
He is survived by his son Robin Lyles; aunt, Marie Glymph; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11am Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel. The family visitation will be held from 10:30am until 11am on Tuesday at the Chapel.
