Aaron Bernard Thomas was born on Sept 30, 1956 in Lexington, NC; he was the youngest of 4 children born to George and Edrena Thomas. He went home to be with the Lord on May 17, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center with his mother and older sister at his side.
Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, George Thomas, and sister, Janet.
He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted mother, Edrena Thomas; a sister, Cornellia Thomas of Midway, NC; a brother, John Thomas of Woodbridge, VA; three nephews, Dwaine, Jeffrey and Scott; and a sister-in-law, Sylvia Thomas of Woodbridge, VA.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, May 21, 2010 at Brooks Temple United Methodist Church with Rev. Donnell Fitz-Jeffries officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family visitation will be held from 1:30pm-2:00pm on Friday at the church.
