Mrs. Ola Mae Creasy

Mrs. Ola Mae Creasy of 1616 E. 22nd St., Winston-Salem, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2006, at her residence. She was born in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and moved to Winston-Salem in 1972. She was a member of Progressive Apostolic Holiness Church. She is survived by four daughters, Bernice Foreman, Anna Creasy, Edna Thompson and Melissa Shepherd; a devoted granddaughter, Sharon Creasy, with whom she lived; 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Progressive Apostolic Holiness Church, with Bishop O.D. LeGrant and Elder Kacie Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family visitation will be from noon to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at the church.
