Master Jeremiah Omar Brooks, 6 months old, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006, at Brenner Children's Hospital of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born on Feb. 14, 2006, in Forsyth County. Jeremiah is survived by his mother, Shannon Wilson Brooks; his father, Steve Lemar Brooks; brothers Isaiah Brooks and Joshua Tooley; maternal grandparents, Evelyn Wilson and David Wilson; paternal grandmother, Effie Sue Brooks; and other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at noon Saturday, Sept. 2, at Evergreen Cemetery.
