. He was born May 28, 1943 to Robert T. and Mary E. White in

. He attended
Anderson
High School
and was employed for over 12 years with the City of
Winston-Salem
. Ernest was a good father who loved his children deeply and was
generous to all he met.
He
is survived by his three children, Ernest White, Jr., Tyrell Crawford,
and Darlene Bruton; his mother, Mary E. White; two, sisters, Evelyn
White and Jacqueline Friday; a devoted nephew, Rodney Friday; a special
friend, Hattie Wilson; several grandchildren and a host of family and
friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday,
October 7, 2005 at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joan M.
White, officiating. Interment will follow

. Family visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 1 p.m. Friday at
the funeral home.
